The work consists of two elements: a postbox and postcards, both produced from transparent materials.

The idea of the transparent mailbox carries a social meaning. It seems that everyone has access to the physical object, but actually only the owners have the key and the right to read the correspondence, letters and postcards, they receive. By this work I reflect upon security and confidentiality of personal data, which are under constant threat.

Besides that, the transparent materials do not interfere with the facades of historical buildings. In contrast to many cases where outdoor advertisements, shop signs and additional structures spoil the aesthetics of the architecture.
